 About Us

This web page displays three sample screens from Math Foundations 2.0:
Main Screen -- You see this after you start the program
Input Window -- For addition table practice
Print Preview Window -- Allows you to preview and customize the sheet before printing
These are "screen shots", so the buttons don't work.

Main Screen:

The Main Screen appears when the program is started. The main screen allows you to select the student, to add and delete students, to set default problems per sheet, to set the heading date, and to select the problem category from the main menu bar.

  Main Screen

Input Window for Simple Addition Table:

This Input Window was generated by clicking "Add/Subtract" on the Main Screen menu bar, then "Fixed Addend" in the resulting drop-down list.

  Input Window

Advanced Print Preview Screen for Addition Table:

This Print Preview Screen appeared after clicking "OK" in the above Input Window.
(See the note below for an explanation of Number Blanking and Format.)

  Print Preview Screen

Number Blanking allows you to create fill-in-the-blank style problems. Options:

Blank None: 6
+ 5

Blank One:
+ 5

11

Blank Two:
+

11

Format allows you to control where the fixed number appears. Assuming the number 5 is the fixed number for the table:

Fixed on Top: 5
+ 7

Fixed on Bottom: 3
+ 5

Fixed Random: Random Position
